Under the direction of Dr. Jeffrey
Douma, the
Cathedral Choir is comprised of both volunteer and
professional singers. Repertoire is drawn from all stylistic
periods and a variety of cultural traditions. Rehearsals are
held on certain scheduled Thursday
evenings 7:30 - 9:30 PM from September to June. Weekend obligations
are Sundays from 9:00AM-12PM with rehearsal at 9 and Mass at 11. Auditions
are not required for volunteers, but the
Choirmaster will hear individuals in order to assess ability
and make appropriate part assignments.
